Return policy

• All our jewellery items are custom made on order 
• We don't provide an exchange or return or refund.
• Check size guide before ordering. We don't provide exchange or return for size.
• Glass bangles size difference is normal that is not considered as damage. Size may vary as the pattern changes.
• Incase of any damages during transit or any missing item. Contact us with the unboxing video within 2 days of receiving the parcel 
• Any query regarding the received parcel we must be notified within 3 days of receiving it to our whatsapp number.
• Glass bangles one or two bangles damage is beyond our control. If more than 6 bangles broken contact us immediately with opening video.
• The unboxing video should be uncut and all sides should be displayed. Unboxing video is compulsory without that no action will be taken.
• The actual colour of the product may vary due to screen clarity and lighting. These are not considered as a damage. Glass bangles when we put in white surface shows different shade and when wearing on hand shows little different shade.
• The handmade items may contain slight imperfections since it's fully handmade and those imperfections make it extra beautiful. These are not considered as damage.
• Incase of one or two stones fallen from handmade products that can be easily fixed with any glue that is not considered big damage or issue. We will assist you for that. Since it's handmade contains slight imperfections.
• After verification of unboxing video and reasons sent. If it's valid we will replace it with the same item. If the same item is not available, we will provide a refund in that case.
