SHIPPING POLICY 

Shipping time

• All our handmade items are made to order
• It takes 5 to 7 business days for us to handcraft your jewellery before it's ready to ship.
• For immediate dispatch or urgent orders kindly WhatsApp us.
• Domestic shipping within India usually takes 3 to 7 business days from the date of dispatch.
• International shipping takes 1 to 2 weeks.

Shipping charges 

• Shipping charges are based on product weight and delivery location.
• For domestic orders charges will be specified at checkout
• International shipping is available. Contact us in WhatsApp or Instagram for more details 
• We have express shipping services too. Extra charges will be applied for that, contact us in WhatsApp or Instagram
• For international orders custom fees and taxes are responsibility of the customer 

Order tracking 

• As soon as we ship your product, the tracking information will be sent to you via email/text.
• RoSin is not responsible for delays caused by courier service. Incase of parcel not delivered after 15 days of dispatch kindly email us @rosinfashionjewellery@gmail.com

All your orders will be dispatched to the address given. Provide accurate shipping information to avoid any delivery issues.

Return policy

• All our jewellery items are custom made on order 
• We don't provide an exchange or return or refund.
• Incase of any damages during transit or any missing item. Contact us with the unboxing video within 2 days of receiving the parcel 
• The unboxing video should be uncut and all sides should be displayed. Unboxing video is compulsory without that no action will be taken.
• The actual colour of the product may vary due to screen clarity and lighting. These are not considered as a damage.
• The handmade items may contain slight imperfections since it's fully handmade and those imperfections make it extra beautiful. These are not considered as damage.
• After verification of unboxing video and reasons sent. If it's valid we will replace it with the same item. If the same item is not available, we will provide a refund in that case.
